What to Expect
City Enigmas
You will immerse yourself in the atmosphere of morning Rome and travel through the ages, observing architectural monuments. The walls of the Colosseum and Roman Forums will come to life in your imagination with gladiators and senators, while the Capitoline Hill will reveal its legends. I will explain why the central square of Rome is named after Venice and share amusing stories about this place. You will see the Column Square and the world-famous Trevi Fountain. Discover the uniqueness of the Spanish Steps and understand why a French church is located at the top.
From Grand Squares to Hidden Courtyards
We will visit the Pantheon - the temple of all gods that became a Christian church. We will examine the huge spherical dome with the Oculus opening and discuss its sacred significance. At Piazza Navona, you will admire the masterpieces of the Baroque era and learn about their creation. And, of course, we will explore courtyards and alleyways hidden from the passerby's eyes: they will reveal many secrets and details.
