Magnetic Sands and Parks of Shekvetili: Tour from Batumi

What to Expect

We will head to the village of Shekvetili - a picturesque corner of Georgia, famous for its pine forests and healing magnetic sands. The program includes three parks:

• Tsvermagala Park. Giant cypresses, tulips, eucalyptus trees, a bamboo grove, and an artificial lake can be found on the first tier, surrounded by cedar trees and willows. The second tier features a tangerine orchard, a rest house, and several gazebos. The guide will tell you about the creation of the park and the initiator of this project.
• Musicians' Park. The territory showcases sculptures of Georgian and world music stars - singers, musicians, composers, depicted in full human height. Each monument is equipped with speakers playing music, so you can immerse yourself in the creativity of your favorite artists.
• Dendrological Park. Over the course of three years, specialists actively worked to create a sense of pristine nature. The park unites unique tree species from different parts of Georgia: cypresses, magnolias, cedars, oaks, plane trees, eucalyptus trees. There is also a bamboo forest. Along with the unique plant collection, the park is home to 58 bird species from all continents.

After visiting all the parks, we will go swimming in the shallow sea with magnetic sands. The guide will explain the peculiarities and advantages of local beaches and how relaxation in this place helps to improve health.
