You will admire the festive squares and boulevards, get acquainted with the city's history and, of course, with the holiday traditions that have their own peculiarities in Spain.
What to expect
Magicians, mulled wine, and chocolate
In addition to the traditional city history and stories about Spanish kings, you will learn about the Magicians, or Magic Kings, who bring gifts to Spanish children. We'll tell you what pie is served on the Magicians Kings' holiday and what sweets Spaniards eat at Christmas. You will taste hot chocolate with churros (sweet pastries) in century-old cafes or mulled wine at Christmas markets.
Madrid's Christmas fairy tale
You will see several nativity scenes set up throughout the city for Christmas. You will admire the decorated streets and squares, see Christmas trees - pay special attention to one of them, designed by the famous designer Roberto Verino. And if the tour takes place in the evening, you will appreciate the beauty of the New Year's illumination.
The tour includes the historical center of Madrid. In our program:

- Independence Square with the famous Puerta de Alcala gate
- Spain Square, where you will meet Cervantes and his heroes immortalized in stone
- Columbus and Charles V squares, home to the ancient Atocha train station building

- The Royal Palace and the Royal Opera House
- The Cathedral of Almudena
- The Prado, Recoletos, Castellana boulevards
- And the oldest square in the city - Plaza Mayor
