You will learn how this district originated during the industrial revolution of the 18-19th centuries and how the canals eventually lost out to the railway, remaining only a pleasant place for recreation. I will show you the secret refuge of all London taxi drivers and many creations of King George IV's favorite architect — John Nash. Finally, you will walk to the secret plant nursery hidden in courtyards. Here, over a cup of coffee, you can relax, share your impressions, and ask me questions.
