What to expect

Hungary Through the Ages
We have prepared a route for you that combines nature, architecture, cuisine, and the rich history of the country. The excursion program includes:

• Tihany Peninsula - a picturesque, cozy, and poetic corner of Lake Balaton. We will stroll through winding streets, admire charming houses with thatched roofs, and see a medieval abbey.

• Schonborn Castle - we will visit the largest castle in Hungary, picturesquely located on a hill. We will walk through themed halls with wax figures, peek into the owner's resting chamber, and imagine how the castle defenders lived during a siege.

• Knight's Tournament - you will descend into a real dungeon with vaulted corridors, fireplace halls, coats of arms, shields, and emblems. Gallant pages will escort you to the tournament venue - and the adventure will begin! You will long remember the armored knights, sword fighting, jousting, the sound of trumpets and fanfares, archery, and crossbow shooting.

• Medieval Feast - lunch will be served for you in a stylized hall from medieval times. The menu includes pastry pogácsa, bean soup, goose leg, baked potato in uniform, cabbage salad, dessert, red and white house wine.

• Your tour will be led by one of our team's guides
• In case of cancellation within 48 hours or less before the start of the excursion, the payment made on the website is non-refundable. Various force majeure events are not exceptions.
• The excursion can be organized for a larger number of guests. Inquire about the details in a private message.

Additional expenses at will:

• Entrance tickets to the castle: 7 euros/adults, 4 euros/children 6-14 years old, 4 euros/students and retirees (with ID), children up to 6 years old free of charge
• Knight's Tournament without dinner: 12 euros/adults, 7 euros/children over 4 years old
• Combined ticket (knight's tournament and medieval feast): 45 euros per person
