Here, in an authentic restaurant, you will have a memorable dinner. Make sure to work up a good appetite - it would be a shame if you couldn't try everything!

I hope this phrase will accompany you throughout the evening. You will comfortably sit at a table that has been decorated with soul and taste before your arrival. And amidst clinking glasses of the finest wines, enjoying the aromas of the dishes in the air, and of course, their taste, we will spend this evening in a friendly conversation. In a welcoming atmosphere, I will share interesting culinary traditions of Tuscans, tell you how their dining habits differ from the rest of Italy, and answer your questions with pleasure.
Getting Down to Business
So, what's on the menu? Our chef is passionate about his work, he loves to experiment and skillfully cook dishes that guests have never tried before. That's why some culinary masterpieces will make you come back to Montevarki. Let's not break traditions and start the feast with an aperitif. And then we will move on to the heavy artillery: antipasti mare, terra (meat and seafood appetizers), primi mare, terra (pasta dishes), secondi (main meat and fish dish), dolce (dessert), caffè e amari (coffee and liqueurs). Throughout the evening, you will get acquainted with the whole range of flavors of the Tuscan cuisine - and fall in love with it completely and irrevocably!
Organizational Details
- In the warm period, dinner will take place on the restaurant's summer terrace, and indoors during other times
- If desired, you can order musical accompaniment (paid separately)
- We will surely coordinate the details of the festive dinner personally, taking into account your wishes and preferences
- If it's your birthday, anniversary, or wedding anniversary, you will receive a gift from the establishment. You can also order a cake (paid separately)
- You can reach Montevarki from Florence by train - 6 euro/person (less than 40 minutes). I will meet you at the station.
