About this experience
I invite you to the home of a true Florentine, Massimo, my husband. In a cozy company of up to 6 people, we will be cooking Italians' favorite dishes. We will discuss the main Tuscan delicacies, street food with a 700-year history, the idea of cucina povera. And answer the main question: how do Italians manage to stay slim with such abundance of pasta and pizza?

Meeting the guru of Italian cuisine
My husband Massimo has graduated from several culinary schools, including the famous Gambero Rosso in Rome, and sommelier courses. He not only professionally cooks but also perfectly matches food and wine. And this is an absolute cult for Italians!
Olive oil, fresh bread, wines, white truffle, and the '0 km' principle
During a pleasant conversation, which I will translate for you, you will learn the basics and main principles of Tuscan cuisine. Together, we will prepare typical Italian appetizers, bruschetta, and pasta - you will find out which sauce will make it taste the best. If desired, we can also prepare a Florentine steak or tiramisu together.
An atmosphere of sincere Italian hospitality
We will conclude our meeting with a lunch of the prepared dishes accompanied by Tuscan wine and pleasant conversations over coffee and digestif.

- The master class takes place in the suburbs of Florence, which is easily accessible by bus from the city center.
