What to Expect
Journey to Family Farms
In the Orcia River Valley, small cheese dairies, wineries, and mills have preserved ancient technologies and recipes. You will stroll through vineyards and olive groves, tasting prestigious Italian wine - Brunello di Montalcino. At the cheese dairy, you will be offered over ten types of sheep's cheese, and at the mill - local pasta made from hard wheat varieties. We will chat with the farmers, and they will share the secrets of their craft and funny stories about their profession. I will not only show you what and where to try, but also tell you the origin of each recipe and how each product is made.
Tuscan Postcard Landscapes
On the way to the farms, we will see several small towns and villages of Tuscany, famous for their antiquity and coziness. We will walk among emerald hills, winding paths lined with slender cypress trees: I will tell you about life in this region of Italy, local customs, and activities. And, of course, you will be able to take photos against the backdrop of the famous Tuscan hills!
