What to Expect
Mountain Fortress and Shavnabad Monastery
From any point in Tbilisi, the mountain of Shavnabad can be seen: on it stands a medieval fortress with a monastery. You will explore the area, uncover stories from the life of St. George and curious moments from the times of the complex's construction on the top of an extinct volcano, and learn about the modern significance of the monastery.
Kartli - the cradle of Georgian statehood
You will find unforgettable green places that have preserved traces of almost all stages of human development. Enjoying picturesque views, we will talk about the chronicles of ancient Iberia and Kartli as the center of Christianity spread in Georgia.
Emerald Dashbashi Canyon Waterfalls
In 2016, the Dashbashi or Tsalka gorge was granted the status of a Georgian nature monument due to its unique ecosystem. Eight kilometers of steep slopes covered with dense vegetation and waterfalls will enchant you with their beauty.
Georgian Fish
At the end of the journey, I suggest heading to the "Admiral" club on the lake in an ecologically clean area. This complex is engaged in aquaculture - growing salmon species of fish and extracting caviar. Optionally, you can go fishing and enjoy delicious fish.
