About this experience

What to Expect
Andalusian Olive World
The journey begins with a visit to the factory producing olive conserves – the most delicious in Spain! In the land of endless olive groves, you will discover authentic pickling recipes, witness all the production processes, taste different varieties of olives and olive oils, and also be able to buy products at the best possible prices.
Ancient Monuments
You will visit the oldest megalithic structures dating back 5000 years – mysterious dolmens considered burial mounds. This is the only monument in the province of Malaga that was included in the UNESCO list in 2016. During the tour, I will tell you about other objects and structures that complement this monumental complex. Near the Roman baths, we will talk about the legacy of Ancient Rome, at the Arab fortress – about the Moorish influence on the Iberian Peninsula. You will also explore the religious architecture of ancient monasteries and churches. You will see the Sleeping Indian mountain – the hallmark of Antequera. And all this time along the way, there will be stops at the most delicious spots, where you will be offered tastings of traditional drinks and local gastronomy.
Confectionery Factory and Torcal Stone Park
In conclusion, you will visit a well-known production facility where unique sweets and desserts have been created from local cereals under the brand Antequerana for over 125 years. And if there is still energy and time left, we will go to the whimsical Torcal Park, formed during the Jurassic period as a result of tectonic movements on the site of the former ocean floor, which led to the formation of such a bizarre landscape.
