About this experience
Khiva is the only city in Uzbekistan that has survived to this day practically untouched. It is called an open-air museum. You will be transported here from Tashkent in just 1 hour. The guide will show the medieval shahristan - the inner city - and tell about its main attractions.
What to expect
From the Khiva airport to the Ichan-Kala fortress you will drive by car, and you will move around the fortress on foot.
You will see the main attractions of Khiva:
Ichan-Kala Fortress - the inner city, surrounded by powerful walls, which includes over 60 historical buildings: mosques, madrasas, palaces, and baths.
Juma Mosque. You will visit the main mosque of Ichan-Kala, one of the oldest in Uzbekistan, with a beautiful inner courtyard and ayvan.
Tash-Hauli Palace. You will find yourself in the former residence of the Khivan khans with richly decorated interiors, courtyards, and harem.
Kalta-Minor Minaret. You will look at one of the most famous symbols of Khiva, built in the 11th century.
Kunya-Ark Citadel - one of the most interesting attractions in the Ichan-Kala fortress. The citadel began to be built in the 17th century, but construction was only completed in the 19th century.
Islam-Khoja Complex. You will recognize it by the most noticeable part - the 56-meter minaret of white, blue, light blue, turquoise, and other shades.
Allakuli Khan Caravanserai. You will see one of the largest educational institutions of Khiva.
Pahlavan Mahmud Complex. It was built in honor of the famous wrestler, philosopher, and poet, revered in Khiva.

- The cost of the tour includes air tickets, guide services, transfer from the Khiva airport and back
- Entrance tickets to attractions are additionally paid - €15/person.
- An additional charge for air tickets may be higher by €25 one way if you book the tour for the nearest dates (less than a week before departure), as well as on official holidays. This depends on the airline. Unfortunately, we cannot influence this.
