Day 1
07:00 Transfer from the hotel in Istanbul
08:30 Arrival at the airport
10:30 Departure by plane to Kayseri
12:00 Arrival
13:30 Transfer to a boutique hotel in Cappadocia, free time
17:00 Quad biking (2 hours) through five valleys: Rose, Love, Swords, White, and Red. You will stop at each of them to admire the magnificent views and take photos.
19:15 Return to the hotel
Day 2
06:00 Hot air balloon flight (optional)
08:00 Return to the hotel
08:30 Breakfast and check-out
09:30 Excursion to Southern Cappadocia. You will visit the underground city of Derinkuyu, the carved in rock Christian monastery of Selime, walk through the picturesque Ihlara Canyon, stop at the Pigeon Valley and the observation deck overlooking the village of Goreme and Uchisar Fortress. You will also visit the onyx processing center.
18:00 Return to the hotel for your belongings
19:00 Transfer to the airport
22:00 Departure from Kayseri
23:30 Arrival in Istanbul, transfer to hotels
