I will definitely show you the main attraction of our city, consisting of two majestic medressas and a mosque that amazes with its decoration. In the inner courtyards of the medressas, listening to stories about the students' learning process, you will imagine and understand how our education system worked in the 15-17 centuries.
Gur-Emir Mausoleum
With special pleasure, I will share stories with you about the history of Tamerlane's life, his military campaigns, and the fate of the Timurid empire after his death. 'The Ruler of the World,' one of the greatest military leaders in human history, a figure surrounded by hundreds of legends—what do we know about him for sure, and what is the true weight of his historical role? Bibi-Khanym Mosque
Examining the largest mosque in Central Asia from the outside, you will learn about the features of building the 14th-century monument. We will also talk about how today's mosques differ in their structure and architecture.
Eternal City - Cultural mosaic of Uzbekistan
In the modern historical and ethnographic park, the history, culture, and architecture of our entire hospitable and welcoming country are presented. In one place, you will see motifs from Samarkand, Bukhara, Fergana, Tashkent, Khiva. Find out why exact replicas of landmarks were deliberately not created here. And appreciate the richness of Uzbekistan's millennia-old traditions, peeking into the workshops of craftsmen.
