About this experience

Let's go in search of an answer. You will appreciate the architecture of the district, see legendary houses with aerial walkways, visit the Palace of Culture of Trade Unions, admire mosaics, and more.
What to expect
Features of Saburtalo
In the early 20th century, the area was covered with gardens and fields. In 1917, Saburtalo became part of the city, and construction began actively from the 1930s onwards, continuing unabated to this day. The flat terrain facilitated the formation of the district in the 1950s-1970s, and in the 1980s, it started "creeping" up the hills along with the houses. Almost all architectural styles of the Soviet era found reflection in Saburtalo's buildings.
