What to Expect
Inside Cappadocia
You will visit the most interesting and picturesque sites in Cappadocia, including:
- Pigeon Valley — observe the pigeonhouses perched in the cliffs from a viewpoint and learn about their history.
- Devrent Valley — discover unique rock formations resembling camel, lion, bull, cat, and other animals.
- Rose Valley — admire the brick-red hue of the mountains at sunset and uncover the mystery behind their unusual color.
- Kaymakli Underground City — descend 80 meters underground and marvel at the comfort of ancient underground settlements. Hear about the purpose behind their creation and how people lived in them.
- Open-Air Museum in Goreme — a complex of ancient cave monasteries and monks' cells. Learn about its rich history and find the grand Dark Church with restored biblical scenes.
- Uchisar Castle — a former watchtower and the highest point in Cappadocia. Climb to the castle's viewpoint and enjoy splendid views of the cliffs and valleys.
