About this experience
When evening descends upon Lisbon, we will set out to meet the true spirit of the city. It will be waiting for us in the alleyways under the reddish clay roof. Or in a bar with live music over a glass of something wonderful. It might await us by the Tagus riverside or in the Park of Nations - you can't predict in advance. That's why we will explore all the beloved city trails to ensure that the meeting is truly special.
What to Expect
Part of our walk will be by car. We will explore the oldest and most colorful districts of Lisbon:
- Alfama district with its maze of streets, array of colorful houses, and gleaming white churches;
- Baixa district - the heart of Lisbon, once erased by a devastating earthquake, but rebuilt from ruins;
- The most musical Bairro Alto district, turning into a hot spot for nightlife after sunset.
We will walk through the historic part of Lisbon and the Park of Nations. We will reach the elegant Vasco da Gama bridge across the Tagus River and stroll along the brightly illuminated riverside.
We will conclude our encounter with evening Lisbon in one of the bars with live music and something authentic in our glasses.
