About this experience
I will show you the most interesting places of Marrakech, reveal its past and present, compare Eastern mentality with Russian, and help you feel like dear guests in a foreign country. In me, you will find a reliable guide, a great storyteller, and a friendly companion who will truly make you experience and love Marrakech!
What to Expect
All the Colors of Marrakech
You will visit the lively central square of the city Jemaa el-Fnaa and learn what attracts travelers from all over the world. Next, we will explore the luxurious Bahia Palace, built at the end of the 19th century by a great vizier for his wives and concubines. It will amaze you with exquisite ornaments, shady alleys, lush hedges, and magnificent fountains. Then, I will show you the legendary Koutoubia Mosque and explain why the sultan ordered the architect's head to be cut off during its construction.
Marvelous Majorelle Gardens
A short drive away, you will find yourself in the magical world of the Majorelle Gardens, created by a French artist. It's a true little paradise where you will see a rich collection of African, Asian, and American plants, feel a sense of peace, and admire well-kept alleys, picturesque courtyards, and the vibrant villa of Jacques Majorelle. I will tell you about the circumstances that led the artist to move to Morocco and how his fate unfolded.
