On the Atlantic coast, you will encounter pristine nature of Portugal: huge cliffs plunging into the ocean, wild waves, gusty winds, and fantastic landscapes that are unreachable by bus from the city. The beauty of these places is simply breathtaking, and you will see it for yourself. You will face the elements, take incredible photos, and see the real Portugal, different from other European countries due to the power of the unrestrained ocean! I will show you the most beautiful beaches with huge waves, and if you wish, leave you alone with the Atlantic so that you will love it as much as I do.
Understanding the spirit of Portugal
During our journey, I will tell you about interesting places we will pass by, about the distant conquests of Romans and Moors, about the daily life of Portugal. You will learn how the sailors prepared for their voyages and set off in search of new lands, passing right by the cliffs and beaches where we will stop. This trip will help you understand the essence of Portugal, where Eastern colorfulness intricately intertwines with European culture.
Organizational details
- We recommend taking warm clothing in case of wind, comfortable shoes, water, sunscreen, and a camera with you
- If there are more than 3 people, we will try to find an additional car for your group (please inquire by email)
- You can bring a small snack (like sandwiches and soda, for example). If you wish, we can plan dinner at a restaurant on top of a cliff with a stunning view of the Atlantic, or stop for coffee at one of the beach bars.
