You will not only immerse yourself in the history of Cyprus, but also get acquainted with winemaking traditions and local cuisine.
What to expect
Aphrodite's Bay
The first stop of this rich excursion is the birthplace of the most beautiful goddess. I will introduce you to ancient Greek myths about the life of the goddess of love, and then you can enjoy the waters of the Mediterranean Sea. It is said that bathing in this place guarantees eternal youth and beauty. And those who find a heart-shaped pebble on the rocky beach are destined to meet their love :)
Omodos Village
You will head to the Troodos Mountains, where the picturesque village of Omodos is hidden in the greenery. Here you will visit one of the oldest monasteries on the island (3rd century), which houses a part of the Life-Giving Cross, Christ's Girdle, and the relics of Apostle Philip. Additionally, you will enjoy a wine tasting at the Omodos wineries and try local hot country bread, churchkhela, paluze, and other traditional sweets.
Kykkos Monastery
In the main and very beautiful monastery of Cyprus, you will not only see the Life-Giving Icon of Kykkos Theotokos but also visit the monastery museum and the storage with the relics of saints - John the Baptist, Nicholas the Wonderworker, George the Victorious, healer Panteleimon. Additionally, you will be able to purchase icons in the monastery shop and try Cypriot church wine.
Cypriot Olympus
On the way back, the road with beautiful landscapes will lead you to the highest peak of the island - Mount Olympus, which reaches almost 2000 meters above sea level. Here you will be greeted with breathtaking views and crystal-clear mountain air.
Gastronomic pleasures
For lunch, you will visit a cozy mountain tavern, where you will get acquainted with traditional Cypriot cuisine - famous meze, numerous dishes of vegetables and meat, snacks and salads, desserts, as well as homemade wines. Also, along the way, you will stop by a mountain market, where you will taste the delicious Cypriot nuts - fresh, salted, smoked, and sweet.

- Transfer from any city in Cyprus (Limassol, Larnaca, Nicosia) is included in the excursion price. Transfer from Paphos is available with an additional fee of 60€.
- All tastings are complimentary. Lunch is paid separately if desired.
