What to expect
Limassol and the Medieval Castle
You will walk through the cozy Old Town of Limassol and visit the ancient castle that defended it from attacks from the sea. In the local Medieval Museum, you will see the armor and armor of knights, weapons, and "peaceful" exhibits: jewelry, coins, clothing, and marble furniture. I will tell you the most interesting things from the 800-year history of the castle: about earthquakes, reconstruction, destructive and successfully withstood sieges, and lost battles.
Amathus Archaeological Park and Colorful Villages
Walking among the ruins of one of the oldest cities in Cyprus, you will hear how it is related to Adonis and why the cult of Aphrodite originated here. Next, you will immerse yourself in the authentic life of Cyprus - we will go to villages! In Tochni, you will meet stone craftsmen, and in Kato Lefkara - silversmiths. Besides, you will walk along cozy cobblestone streets and peek into ancient churches.
Nicosia through the centuries
Today Nicosia is a modern city with large shops, offices, and avenues. But as soon as you pass through the Venetian defensive walls, you will immediately feel yourself at the beginning of the 20th century! Life here is still boiling in craft workshops and antique shops, at Turkish bazaars, and in caravanserais. And I will also tell you why Nicosia is the only capital in the world divided into two parts.
Wild Beach White Rocks
In the end, you will enjoy the natural beauty of the island. The White Rocks beach is a very picturesque and unusual place. Located in a natural bay with calm clean water, it is surrounded by white chalk cliffs and huge stones. Here you will meet the sunset and relax after an eventful day.
