About this experience
Cappadocia is not only about unique landscapes and colorful hot air balloons, but also a place to enjoy the colorful traditional cuisine. During the masterclass in a cozy venue, you will learn about the gastronomic peculiarities of the region and uncover the secrets of dishes that you will prepare under the guidance of a chef. And then you will taste them for lunch or dinner in a warm company.
What to expect
- We will pick you up from your hotel and take you to a picturesque venue where locals will introduce you to the intricacies of home cooking.
- You will learn to cook a traditional soup and two main dishes: dolma and sarma (Turkish cabbage rolls). You will bake lavash and even meat in a tandyr. Roll out thin yufka in the Cappadocian way. And also prepare side dishes and Eastern desserts.
- Once everything is ready, a table will be set for you - and you will have lunch or dinner in a pleasant company.
- Then we will take you back to the hotel.
Organizational details
- The masterclass is held twice a day - you can cook dishes for lunch or dinner. We will pick you up from your hotel at 10:30 or 15:30.
- The price includes: transfer from Goreme, guidance by an interpreter guide, and the masterclass
- Additional costs: transfer from Uchisar - 15€, from Avanos, Urgup, Ortahisar, and Nevsehir - 20€
- There may be guests from other countries in the group
