What to Expect
Medieval castles and enchanting landscapes
We will approach the castles not by the regular road, but through the most interesting and picturesque route. Along the way, we will admire the nature, well-kept fields, and ancient temples. If desired, we will stop by a village market and take photos against the backdrop of blooming rapeseed fields. The medieval castles themselves will captivate you with their might, grandeur, and surrounding idyllic landscapes. You will learn:
- Who ruled the lands where Belarus is now located over the centuries
- Which great princes are associated with Mir and Nesvizh Castles
- What is known about the battle at Lesnaya
- Who the Radziwills were and what role they played in the country's history
- Where the first victory of the Russian army was won during the War of 1812
And that's not all!
