About this experience
During our journey, I will show you the secret corners of Tenerife, guide you through a forest that remembers dinosaurs, and introduce you to delightful local cuisine! You will explore the northeastern side of the island - see a town with cave dwellers, fairy-tale beaches, relict trees, and then taste delicious seafood in the fishing village of Taganana.
What to Expect
Relict Forest in Anaga Park
The main goal of our journey will be the Anaga Natural Park, estimated to be 9 million years old! You will encounter amazing panoramic views, viewpoints to the greenest part of the island, and a walk through the magical relict forest that has survived from the time of the dinosaurs. You will see laurel forests, giant-size heather, breathe oxygen cocktails in the most ecological corner of Tenerife, walk on a thick carpet of moss, and immerse yourself in the mysterious atmosphere of this fairytale place.
Paradise Beach Benijo
The next stop on our route is the amazing Benijo Beach. Here, time stands still: you forget about the hustle and bustle, enjoying the pristine and harmonious nature. On the way to the beach, we will make several stops at viewpoints, where you will take wonderful photos from the top of the ridge. From here, you will enjoy fantastic views of the ocean, ravines, and mountains.
Local Cuisine in an Authentic Restaurant
Then we will visit the real fishing village of Taganana, where we will pay tribute to the local cuisine in an atmospheric restaurant. You will taste the freshest fish and amazing stewed octopuses, and as a drink, you can choose white wine, which Tenerife is famous for. The panoramic view of the ocean and the sound of the waves will be a perfect addition to lunch.
After lunch, we will head to the capital Santa Cruz to see its most interesting locations and, of course, visit La Teresitas - the most photogenic beach with white sand, which is listed in the Guinness Book of Records.
The return to the hotel will be along a comfortable highway along the entire eastern coast of the island.

- Upon your request, the route can be changed before or during our journey
- I personally conduct the tour, or in rare cases, one of my team members with the necessary experience, qualification, and excellent knowledge of the island.
Additional Expenses
- The final cost of the excursion depends on the selected or available car for the day of the trip (from the "Standard" class to the "Comfort+" class) and is discussed before booking the excursion
- Lunch in Taganana village is paid separately according to the menu: approximately 25-30 euros per person
- The price includes transfers from hotels on the southwest coast, meeting organization in other areas is possible with an additional charge of 20-50€ (depending on the place of residence)
- The tour can be conducted for a larger number of participants, additional payment is discussed separately
