About this experience
Ancient Japanese legends claim that Mount Fuji is only conquered by heroes. But if reaching its highest point is not your goal, come to its foothills to enjoy the beauty of the national park. Here you will also find five picturesque lakes, a traditional village, and a temple complex. All of this is included in our travel program.
What to expect
Arakurayama Sengen Park
Ranked among the top 100 places to view Mount Fuji in the Kanto region, the park starts at the foot of Mount Arakurayama and extends up the mountain. At the top of the 398-step climb is an observation deck where we will ascend. From there, you can enjoy views of the cityscape of Fujiyoshida and the majestic Mount Fuji towering above it.
Lake Kawaguchi
One of the five lakes near Mount Fuji. Once at its shore, we will ascend Mount Tenjo on the Kachi Kachi Ropeway, offering an unforgettable view. On the mountain, there is a "magical" bell called "Tenjo-no-kane", ringing which is believed to guarantee mutual love and health for many years to come.
Authentic village of Iyashi-no-sato
Here you will find museums, atmospheric souvenir shops, restaurants, and old post houses. To immerse yourself in its atmosphere, be sure to have a photo shoot with the incomparable Fuji in the background.
