About this experience
Samarkand is a true paradise for lovers of colorful photos. There is everything here: ancient architecture with turquoise domes, merchant houses with painted doors, and eastern quarters that seem frozen in time. I will show you all of this! And also tell you about local life and take bright photos on an iPhone 14 Pro.
What to expect
Gur-Emir Mausoleum. We will visit the luxurious mausoleum of Tamerlane and take colorful photos against the background of turquoise domes.
Authentic Mahalla. We will walk through a traditional Uzbek quarter, where the smell of fresh bread fills the air in the early morning and grandfathers with colorful beards sip tea in teahouses.
Registan Square. The main square of the city, where you can rent national costumes from local designers and take photos in them against the backdrop of ancient madrasas.
Jewish Quarter. We will stroll through the picturesque streets with merchant houses adorned with painted doors and carved decorative elements. They will be the perfect backdrop for atmospheric shots.
Bibi-Khanym Mosque. It is called the Uzbek Taj Mahal. You will admire the magnificent architecture and hear about Tamerlane's great love.
