About this experience
I invite you to a professional photo session in Samarkand! I am a creative master, open to creativity and experiments. To create interesting and striking images, I use light, shadows, reflections, and contrasts. To emphasize details and mood, I play with color, shape, and texture. And during the shooting process in a friendly format, I talk about local traditions and mentality.
What to expect
I will offer you a choice of two locations for the photo shoot:
Registan Square. This is a place where you can feel the spirit of ancient Samarkand and its history. The square is home to three magnificent ancient madrasas: Ulugh Beg, Sher-Dor, and Tilya-Kori. They are adorned with exquisite mosaics, carvings, gold - and will make a splendid background for beautiful photos.
Shah-i-Zinda architectural complex. This is an incredibly beautiful necropolis, where royal persons and nobles are buried. Each mausoleum has its own style, decor, and atmosphere. We will organize a photo session against the backdrop of blue domes, carved mosaics, and majolica tiles.
Organizational details
- Entrance tickets are paid separately: Registan Square - $5, permission for professional shooting - $20, Shah-i-Zinda - $4, permission for shooting - $10
- I shoot with a Sony A7R III camera. You will receive 30 processed photos, 10 of them retouched. The material delivery time is 3 days.
- You can rent national costumes, accessories, and jewelry from me. I can also recommend makeup artists and hairdressers. All details are to be clarified in a personal message.
