About this experience
The Pankisi Gorge is home to Georgian Chechens known as Kists. Here, mosques are scattered around, people dress in Chechen attire, cook local dishes, and speak Chechen. They strive to maintain their traditions and avoid mixing with Georgians. Immerse yourself in Kistin culture and lifestyle the right way – at a feast hosted by a local family!
