What to expect
- Walk through Balat - the ancient Jewish quarter in the European part of the city. It attracts with photogenic colorful houses, a variety of interesting cafes, and art objects.
- Explore the Rustem Pasha Mosque, built in 1561. The architect of the mosque was Sinan, who built the Suleymaniye Mosque 4 years prior. The mosque has one minaret, is well lit inside, and the floor is carpeted.
