About this experience
Let's conquer the desert! And not just one: White on the first day and Black on the second. The unique landscape of each impresses. During the day, you will observe everything in detail and take spectacular photos. And in the evening, you will admire the sunset, after which the sky will be filled with myriads of stars. Where else but in the desert without light pollution to enjoy this spectacle?
What to Expect
Day 1. White Desert
- Early in the morning (07:00) we depart from Cairo in a comfortable car to the eastern part of the Sahara, to the White Desert National Park. The journey will take approximately 4-5 hours.
- The White Desert will greet you with unique wonders of nature, formed millions of years ago at the bottom of the ocean. Here the sand resembles snow, and the limestone formations look like whimsical figures.
- In the evening, you will enjoy dinner amidst alien landscapes, an incredible sunset, and then a night under the stars of the desert at the campsite.
Day 2. Black Desert
- You will have breakfast, and then we will head to the Black Desert in a jeep. This is another of Egypt's protected areas where millions of years ago there were mountains and the Tufu volcano.
- Today, this place with its volcanic hills and black sand resembles another planet.
At the end of the program, you will be driven back to Cairo. You will be closer to the hotel by evening.
Organizational Details
- The price includes lunch and dinner on the first day, breakfast on the second. If you need an additional meal, we can organize it for an extra fee.
- Upon request, the tour can be conducted for a larger group with a surcharge of 150€ per person.
How the Excursion Goes
- Transfer from the hotel in Cairo - in a comfortable 2022 model year car with air conditioning
- Travel through the desert - in a jeep
- You will be accompanied by an English-speaking driver. This is a sightseeing trip without informational content.
- At the campsite, everything will be provided for your comfort: toilet, tents
