About this experience
A dormant ocean in the desert, settlements drowning in palms, volcanic mountains — an extraordinary Egypt awaits you with no tourists! In 2 days, you will explore the White Desert with "snow-covered" figures and a mountain made of crystals. You will have dinner and spend the night in a tent under the stars. You will visit the Bahariya Oasis in the Black Desert and the Mummy Museum. And we will ensure comfortable organization at every stage.
What to expect
Day 1: Alien White Desert
Get ready to cover over 800 km; rest and breakfast stops are planned along the way. Upon arrival in the White Desert, you will switch to jeeps and set out to explore Egypt's unique national park. Here, the yellow sand looks like it's covered in snow, and everywhere stand limestone formations resembling animals and mushrooms. Additionally, you will be amazed by the Crystal Mountain — a range of hills in whose crevices sparkle calcite crystals.
You will have dinner and spend the day enjoying the pink sunset, followed by the brightest stars of the desert.
Day 2: Black Desert, Bahariya Oasis, and the Mummy Museum
After breakfast in the White Desert and on the road, you will encounter flaming black mountains and palm groves amidst the sands. You will visit the nearest oasis to Cairo — Bahariya. See how people live here and optionally bathe in local hot springs. Of course, we will show you Bahariya's attractions: the Museum of Golden Mummies with illustrative exhibits and two ancient Egyptian tombs.
Organizational details
- The tour can be organized for a larger number of participants (up to 8). Cost: a group of 4 people — €220/person; a group of 5-8 people — €200/person.
- If you book the tour for yourself alone, the cost will be €450
- 50% discount for children aged 6-12. Children under 6 go free.

- All transportation expenses, meals, and accommodation are included in the price
- Additional payment for transfer from Sharm — €50/person.
How the tour goes
- This is a trip without a guide, accompanied by a member of our team who does not speak Russian (but I and other Russian-speaking employees will always be in touch with you)
- Transfers to the desert and back are made on comfortable air-conditioned transport (sedan car or minivan). Through the desert itself — on prepared jeeps.
- Accommodation is organized in a comfortable tent in the desert (camping)
- The road from Sharm el-Sheikh to the White Desert passes through Cairo and takes about 8.5 hours, with rest and breakfast stops along the way
- The tour starts and ends at your hotel in Sharm, Hurghada, or Cairo
Food
- Breakfasts: eggs, cheese, beans, bread, jam, tea, coffee, and juice
- Picnics: fresh vegetables, cheese, tuna, sardines, chips, and fruits
- Dinner: soup, chicken or beef, rice or pasta, vegetables, tea and coffee
- Water is always available
