About this experience
We invite you to a full-day excursion that reveals the rich history, unique cuisine, and fantastic nature of Armenia. You will visit the ancient monastery Kecharis in Tsaghkadzor, ride the cable car with views of snow-capped peaks, and enjoy Lake Sevan. And you will also learn how to cook fish in salt crust!
What to expect
Tsaghkadzor. It is a mountain resort town located at an altitude of 2000 meters. This place was loved by the poet O. Mandelstam, and many of his works were dedicated to the landscapes of the city. You will visit the main attraction - the medieval monastery Kecharis. You can also optionally take a cable car ride, enjoying the views of snow-capped peaks.
Lake Sevan. You will admire the most beautiful lake in the country, picturesquely located surrounded by mountains. This is the largest high-mountain lake in Armenia and the entire Caucasus. Its water is clear and pure - according to legend, the stars and gods loved to drink it. A boat ride will refresh and give unforgettable impressions.
Cooking master class. You will participate in a master class on cooking fish in salt crust and taste it. The class will be conducted by an experienced chef.
