You will see its main attraction—the 11th-century monastic complex of Kecharis—and explore the characteristics of medieval architecture. Additionally, enjoy a chairlift ride on the eastern slope of Mount Teghenis and admire the magical panoramas of the surroundings.

Dilijan, Agartsin Monastery, and Lake Parz
Dilijan is an ancient, cozy, and incredibly picturesque town surrounded by mountains and forests. Take a stroll along its charming cobbled streets, marvel at the old houses with carved balconies, and learn the fascinating stories associated with them. Then, venture out to explore the outskirts of this resort town: visit the ancient Agartsin Monastery, admire Lake Parz, and if the weather permits, enjoy a boat ride on the lake.

Unforgettable Sevan
Sevan is one of the largest lakes in the Caucasus. Witness a water reservoir in a mountainous basin at an altitude of 1900 meters above sea level. We will climb the stairs to Sevan Peninsula with a wonderful view and then visit the Sevanavank Monastery, built in the 9th century in honor of the deceased husband of Princess Mariam at her command. I will explain what a khachkar is and show you one of the most beautiful khachkars in Armenia.
