About this experience
I am pleased to offer you a sightseeing tour of Samarkand, which will introduce you to the main attractions of the city in just 3 hours. You will discover the colorfulness of Uzbekistan by visiting the Shahi-Zinda necropolis, the Gur-Emir mausoleum, and of course, the Registan Square. Not only will you admire the extraordinary architecture, but you will also learn more about the Timurid dynasty, Tamerlane, and much more.
What to expect
Gur-Emir - the mausoleum of Tamerlane and his family. You will appreciate the unique architectural achievements, exquisite decorative elements, and frescoes.
Registan - the most famous place in Samarkand, the main square of the city. Here you will see three magnificent madrasahs, surrounded by powerful columns and adorned with carvings and ceramics.
Shahi-Zinda - the necropolis of the Timurids, where I will tell you about the great dynasty and the deeds of their ancestors.
Please note that the program only includes an external view of the objects. You will be able to enter each of them after the end of the tour.
