We will start by visiting the dwelling of the Whirling Dervishes and the Karatay Medrese, which hold a special place in Islamic architecture and education system. Continue the journey through the region's history from the places where Antalya originated. At every step, you will encounter ancient houses, temples, structures that have been passed down from different eras and empires.
Suna and Inan Kirac Ethnography Museum
Here you will immerse yourself in the world of culture and traditions, learn about the life and customs of the peoples who once inhabited this land in the past. We will talk about traditional Turkish houses of Kaleici, introduce you to ethnographic features such as weddings, henna night, and coffee ceremonies.
Antalya Archaeological Museum
A few steps away from the beach and high cliffs - an amazing collection of antiquities will unfold before you. The collection here can easily be compared with the heritage of Athens and Istanbul. You will learn how the museum became a sanctuary for artifacts obtained in the once wealthiest cities nearby.
