I will help you immerse yourself in the atmosphere of antiquity, introduce you to the culture and traditions of the Turkish people.
What to Expect
Kaleici - 'Another Antalya'
Kaleici is a district unlike the rest of Antalya. There are no modern buildings here, but there are ancient Roman buildings, colorful mosques, and towers. I will tell you how these places looked centuries ago and what modern authorities are doing to preserve the spirit of Old Turkey here. I will take you through picturesque winding streets resembling labyrinths, show you the remains of the city's fortress wall, and other iconic landmarks.
City's 'Postcards'
You will visit Republic Square and learn why the Yivli Minaret is called 'fluted'. You will discover the features of the construction of the Iskele Mosque and appreciate the truncated Kesik Minaret. You will also relax in the most picturesque place in the Old Town - the Kaleici Marina. Additionally, I will show you the famous Hadrian's Gate, the Hidirlik Tower, the Karatay Madrasa, the Mevlevihane Monastery, and tell you the stories related to them. Finally, I will take you to the 50-meter cascading Duden Waterfall, flowing into the Mediterranean Sea.
