About this experience
The first thing that comes to mind when you hear Cappadocia is hot air balloons. But there is so much more to see here! Valleys with unique rock formations, cave cafes, thousand-year-old rock churches, and one of the most unusual museums in the world - the Hair Museum. This is one of those cases when it's better to see everything once for yourself and be amazed, rather than look at photos shared by friends hundreds of times - let's go!
What to expect
Cappadocia Fortresses
Our journey begins with a visit to the foothills of the fortress city of Uchisar. You will see one of Cappadocia's iconic sights - the rock city - and the highest point in the region. Then we will head to the open-air museum, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This large monastery complex houses uniquely preserved frescoes, some of which are over 1000 years old.
Cosmic Valleys
Next, we will explore the Valley of Love - the most erotic valley in Cappadocia, and you'll find out why. We will stroll through the Valley of Monks in Pasabag - get ready to meet magical mushroom-shaped rocks. Our next stop is the Valley of Imagination. The unique landscape of this place allows your imagination to run wild - in the whimsical rocks, you will see a camel, elephant, or female figure. And we will also enjoy delicious Turkish coffee at a cafe nestled right in the rock.
Hereditary Avanos
To conclude our walk, we will visit the picturesque town of Avanos - the city of hereditary craftsmen. Here we will visit the center of pottery art and even try our hand at creating our own piece at a free master class. And the main highlight of our tour is the visit to the Hair Museum. Yes, you read that right! The museum showcases over 16,000 exhibits. We will definitely tell you the story of its creation and the legend behind it.
