About this experience
Tsakhkadzor is a famous winter resort in Armenia where you can enjoy seasonal sports and the beauty of nature. Our driver will take you to this picturesque complex and return you to Yerevan in the evening. You will ride the cable car to panoramic views, have the opportunity to ski and snowboard, visit an ancient monastery, and optionally stop at Lake Sevan on the way back.
What to Expect
Our driver will meet you in Yerevan and take you to Tsakhkadzor, where you will have approximately 2.5 hours of free time.
The skiing season here lasts from approximately December 15 to March 15. You will have access to ski slopes and snowboarding tracks suitable for all skill levels, from beginners to experienced riders. Climbing the slopes of Mount Teghenis, you will enjoy picturesque views of the mountain ranges of the region. After an active day, you can have lunch at cozy restaurants.
In addition, you will visit the local monastic complex of Kecharis from the 11th-13th centuries. On the way back, a stop at Lake Sevan is possible.
