What to expect
Ancient monastery, gorge, and views of Olympus
We will touch the Orthodox Hellenic culture and visit the monastery of Saint Dionysius of Olympus, picturesquely located at an altitude of 900 meters. We will visit the Greek Switzerland - that's how locals call the town of Litochoro at the foot of Olympus. We will observe the ancient stone houses and witness the relaxed Greek life. And I will also guide you through the fairy-tale Enipeas gorge - a sanctuary of untouched nature.
Village of Old Panteleimon
One of the most beautiful mountain villages in Greece - Old Panteleimon. We will stroll through its cozy streets and have a cup of 'elliniko' coffee with a panoramic view of the medieval castle and the Thermaic Gulf. And for those who want to taste local cuisine - lunch awaits you at a traditional tavern.
