What to expect
The tour takes place in the historical building of the country's main bank, in the visitor center that opened in 2011 taking into account the experience of European banks and the peculiarities of Armenia. Examine coins of Greek poleis, Roman emperors, Sasanian shahs, as well as states of the Middle Ages - the Arab Caliphate, Byzantium, the Ottoman Empire. Study rare specimens of Armenian coins starting from the 4th century BC. And also find out how paper banknotes changed.
