About this experience
I invite you to my home! Together we will cook the tender Sevan trout. You will see the process step by step, learn the nuances of adding spices, tarragon and other seasonings. And then taste the resulting dish with heartfelt conversations and a glass of wine.
What to expect
Armenian traditional dish
Before your arrival, I will buy freshly caught ishkan fish (Sevan trout) - in Armenia it is considered royal. At the master class, I will tell you in detail the secrets and nuances of cooking so that you can repeat the recipe at home. Together we will season the fish with a bouquet of spices and put it in foil with potatoes, lemons, and tomatoes. And then bake it in the oven.
Tasting with wine and coffee
Then we will try our dish. You will experience Armenian hospitality! The master class takes place in my home, the apartment is only 15-20 minutes from the center, and there is a garden nearby. We will sit in a cozy home environment with a glass of royal or pomegranate wine, drink coffee, and listen to national music. It will be warm and homely!

- The cost of the master class includes all expenses for cooking trout, as well as Armenian wine, lavash, cheese, fresh vegetables, coffee, fruits, and sweets.
