I invite you to join the fascinating process of cooking tolma: step by step, we will shape appetizing rolls from juicy minced meat, herbs, and grape leaves. And then we will evaluate their taste and aroma with a glass of wine.
What to Expect
All stages: from minced meat to serving. I will welcome you in my apartment and guide you through all the stages of cooking delicious tolma: teach you how to knead the minced meat, shape rolls from young grape leaves, and neatly arrange the prepared dish in a pot. And of course, I will tell you about all the nuances that affect the taste and aroma of the dish.
Cooking and tasting. You can participate in all stages of cooking or be an observer - in any case, you will take my secret tolma recipe with you. Once we shape the rolls and put them in the pot, I will take out a pre-prepared ready tolma - this will save us time and we can immediately move on to the most important stage - dinner! :) With the main dish, I will serve lavash, matsoni, fresh vegetables, and Armenian wine.
