About this experience
You will explore the 'city of the living and the dead' Luxor. Explore temples with majestic columns and colorful reliefs, tombs carved into the rocks, and statues of pharaohs. Cross the Nile on a boat and marvel at the juxtaposition of millennia-old historical monuments with modern residential areas.
What to expect
Main attractions of Luxor. You will see the Karnak Temple, the Colossi of Memnon, and the temple of Queen Hatshepsut. Immerse yourself in their history, decode the features of ancient architecture, and admire the preserved frescoes.
Valley of the Kings. This is a giant necropolis of pharaohs, members of their families, and especially important dignitaries of Ancient Egypt. You will be impressed by the luxurious decoration of the tombs and learn about local burial rites.
Nile boat trip. You will cross the Nile on boats, enjoy the surrounding landscapes, and have lunch at a restaurant on the shore.
