About this experience
How about enjoying a pint of British beer in the atmosphere of iconic pubs? Don't hesitate too long! I will show you establishments that were frequented by kings and prime ministers. We will visit the lucky gentlemen's favorite spots. Or maybe we'll have a drink in pubs where famous writers and artists used to meet? You will enrich yourself with a bunch of stories and receive a pint in each pub, already included in the tour price.
What to Expect
Our program includes iconic pubs, their world-famous regulars, and amusing stories about them. We will drop by:
- The pub where Queen Elizabeth I danced with her lover
- The spot where Mark Twain, Conan Doyle, and Oscar Wilde liked to have a drink in the evenings
- The pub beloved by all prime ministers. Here and now, government members and parliamentarians often gather to have a drink
- An establishment you can only access with an experienced guide
- We will also visit a place where smugglers and seasoned London criminals used to gather to discuss their dark deeds over a pint of lager or ale
- Optionally, we can visit a pub where pirates were given their last drink before execution
Organizational Details
- One pint of beer is included in the tour price at each pub
- The tour can be conducted for a larger group. For each additional person, there is a supplement of 45 pounds
- The tour is available for children from 15 years old and only accompanied by adults
