About this experience
Climb a big boulder, skip stones in the river, watch a snail carry its home, or run away from a giant dragonfly. Roast marshmallows over a campfire and toss sticks into it. Kids have a lot of important things to do outdoors! We will explore the picturesque surroundings of the Psakho River, where we will take an easy trek. You will relax well amidst various landscapes.
What to expect
This is an individual guided tour, so the exact route is tailored according to the age, physical fitness, and preferences of the participants. But no matter what, we will lead you through beautiful places.
We will walk along the banks of the picturesque Psakho River. On our way, there will be Colchis forests, flower meadows, grazing horses, and cows. We will descend into a dry canyon and pass between boulders. And we can arrange a picnic on one of the meadows overlooking the mountains!
Who is this tour suitable for
Parents with children of all ages. The youngest ones can be carried in backpack-carriers, while older children (3-6 years old) walk on foot. Short walks and interesting natural features along the way will provide a comfortable pace that we can adjust based on your preferences and abilities.
Organizational details
- Start and end time – to be agreed with the participants. We can start at 9:00 and return by 18:00.
- Duration of the walking part 4–6 hours
- You will be accompanied by me or another guide-instructor from our team
- You need to independently get to the starting point by taxi or your own car
- Before the hike, the guide will provide safety instructions for the route. All participants sign an agreement accepting responsibility for their own lives while traversing the mountainous terrain.
Mandatory additional payments per participant
- Admission to the Sochi National Park – 200 rubles
- Rental equipment (if you don't have your own) – 1200 rubles (trekking poles, backpack, raincoat, seat cushion)

- Transfer – around 3000 rubles round trip from Adler
- Child carrier backpack – 800 rubles
- Lunchbox – 1500 rubles (sandwich with meat and vegetables, chocolate, apple, granola bar, juice, water, napkins)
