About this experience
We invite you to the unique area of Jily-Su, where powerful waterfalls cascade from high cliffs, 'stone mushrooms' grow among picturesque landscapes, and mountains and plateaus mesmerize with their tranquility. We will show you impressive viewpoints and off-the-beaten-path locations. Take a dip in mineral waters and feed the agile prairie dogs right from your hand.
What to Expect
- Atmospheric locations offering views of nearly all the main attractions of the central part of the North Caucasus. You will see Elbrus, the main ridge of the Caucasus, Kandjol plateau, Big and Small Bermamyt, and Mount Sirkh. Enjoy the waterfalls of Kyzylkol-Su, Karakaya-Su, Syltran-Su, and Gitche Chuchhur.
- An observation deck known as 'Avatars' due to its resemblance to the scenery from the movie of the same name.
- Emmanuel's Glade, named after the Russian General Georgy Emmanuel, who conquered the highest peak in Europe in 1829. In early summer, this place is particularly beautiful with blooming irises painting it in bright yellow colors. Try the healing mineral water from natural sources, optionally take mineral baths, and observe the mountaineers' camp preparing for the ascent of Elbrus.
- Kyzylkol-Su, Karakaya-Su, Syltran-Su Waterfalls, which exude unique energy.
- Prairie dogs that you can feed directly from your hand, and enjoy local cuisine prepared by residents.
- Alpaca farm that you can visit on the way back to feed the cute animals and interact with them. It will be very interesting for the little ones.
