How to tell children about an ancient city with a history of 2,000 years? How to introduce them to myths and legends without turning the tour into a boring history lesson? It's simple! Just embark on my quest with games and riddles. I have taken the city itself as our guide, which will kindly tell us about its fate, while its unusual inhabitants will share stories from the past.
What to expect
10 creatures - 10 stories
During the tour, the kids will see the most significant places - Republic and Signoria squares, the oldest bridge in the city, the cathedral, the Medici palace. On the streets of Florence, young quest participants will be looking for whimsical animals and creatures - from lions to horses, from Cerberus to centaurs. Each of these fantastic animals will share its unusual fate and tell a story about a certain episode from the history of the ancient city.
Mysterious Florence, its legends, and surprises
Quest participants will learn about the richest guild of Florence, find a place that brings luck to everyone, explore the secrets of the city's political history and the mysteries of the Medici family. During the tour, they will experiment with elements of sports orientation and receive a small gift as a souvenir.
Organizational details
- The tour-quest is designed for children and teenagers from 7 to 15 years old
- During the walk, we can stop for ice cream or a sandwich. I will advise on the best places to do so. Snacks are not included in the price.
- Adults should accompany children during the tour
