About this experience
I invite you to explore one of the vibrant wine regions of Italy. My program includes only high-quality, unique and colorful wineries, where you will taste several types of olive oil, original cheese and meat snacks, and of course, learn about the nuances of local winemaking. The trip will be complemented by a visit to a wonderful nature reserve.
What to Expect
- We will visit an olive oil mill, where you will try five types of olive oil and learn to identify them by aroma and taste.
- At the cheese factory, you will learn about the production specifics of local cheeses. Taste several types of unusual cheeses and meat delicacies.
- We will visit the nature reserve, located near the cheese factory. You will see the largest natural bridge in Europe, Ponte di Veja, and hear the story of this ancient place.
- And of course, we will visit a picturesque winery where a sommelier will talk about the wines of Valpolicella and the drink production on their estate.
*Tastings in this program replace a full meal.
Organizational Details
- Transfer by car and all tastings are included in the price
- Comfortable shoes for visiting the nature reserve and a warm sweater for the cheese factory visit are mandatory
- You can bring children - they will be served grape juice at the winery
