About this experience
Learn all about Turin, its rhythm and way of life - that's why it's worth going on a tour with me! You will dive into the city's history, visit some of the most interesting museums in the world with me, taste Piedmont wines, see the quirky palace - a hybrid of Baroque and medieval fortress - and experience Turin as a place where everything is just the best!
What to expect
If you want to get to know Turin inside out, see the most important things the city and its museums are proud of, I suggest you take a deep breath and siege the city to shake out the most interesting part ;)
We will explore the historic city center, I will talk about its history, the way of life here, in general, how Turin is culturally and historically connected to the rest of Italy. We will visit the Egyptian Museum, which is the second most significant in terms of its collection after Cairo, so don't miss it. We will also visit the automobile museum - don't be surprised, it is among the best museums in the world. We will taste Piedmont wines to help the information sink in better ;)
We will also visit the "Madama" palace - from one side it looks like a medieval fortress, from the other - like a classic example of Baroque. Since 1934, it has been home to a museum of ancient art, one of the richest in the world. I know, I often say that we have the best of everything in Turin, but it's true!
