On our tour, you will not only stroll through the main attractions of beautiful Prague, but also immerse yourself in its 'biography' from its origins to the present day. I will take you through the Old Town and Prague Castle, tell you about the major events in Prague's life, help you navigate the city, and suggest interesting places to visit.
What to Expect
Walk through the main places of Prague and its history
The tour will start with Prague Castle - you will visit one of the oldest monasteries in Prague. We will visit the president's residence - a former residence of Czech kings. You will visit the legendary St. Vitus Cathedral, walk down the cobblestone streets to Charles Bridge, cross it, stroll through the alleys of Old Town and Old Town Square. Along the way, I will teach you how to navigate the city by house signs, introduce you to Czech history and architectural styles of Prague, tell you about the greatest king and help you understand what the Prague Orloj clocks show. I will recommend where to try traditional national cuisine dishes and Czech beer.
My tour contains not only interesting facts, but also significant dates that will help build a chronology of events. Do not worry: you will not have a boring history lecture, but an engaging conversation about the fate of Prague, which will be interesting to both adults and children.
