About this experience
We invite you to a spa center located 15 km away from Yerevan, in the village of Dzorahbyur, which translates as "spring in the gorge". It is the perfect place to dedicate time to yourself away from the hustle and bustle. You will warm up in a sauna made of Armenian travertine, take a dip in the cold pool, relax with a massage, and enjoy herbal tea with a royal dessert made of apples!
What to expect
Armenian Sauna. It is built of local travertine stone that is renowned for its healing properties. The hot moist steam of the Armenian bath helps to train the skin, gradually improving the functions of the sebaceous glands. As a result, the skin becomes more elastic and fine wrinkles disappear. The sauna also promotes cleansing and revitalization of the respiratory tract, strengthens the immune system, removes toxic substances from the body, and aids in weight loss.
Cold Pool. After the sauna, you can immediately plunge into the cold pool. The contrast between heat and cold tightens the skin, refreshes and rejuvenates. And of course, it tempers the body and spirit!
Anti-Stress Massage (40 mins). Even if there is little stress in your life, the massage will help you relax and enjoy the beneficial "doing nothing".
Tea Party. After all the pleasant procedures, you will be treated to herbal tea and a royal dessert - baked apples with nuts and cinnamon. Enjoy!
